Mike and Caroline are expecting their first baby, a sweet little girl, in just a week! When trying to decide where to do their engagement session, we figured why not go back where they said their vows - so off to Fearrington House we went! As a new mom myself I can't wait for these two feel that new, overwhelming kind of love we felt after meeting our own daughter. Caroline and Mike make such a great team, full of love and support, which I have no doubt will carry them through the hardest parts of labor and those first few sleepless weeks with grace.
Mike and Caroline, I'm sending lots of happy thoughts and love your way. I cannot wait to meet your sweet girl in a couple weeks!
Oh man, this post is bittersweet for me. We met Michelle and Cameron a couple years ago after moving to Richmond, VA and became fast friends. Cameron and my husband worked together in Residency (Cameron being a couple years ahead) and just last month Cameron wrapped up residency and they moved to New Hampshire where Cameron will be practicing, and it also just so happens to bring them closer to family. We were sad to see them go but already having some visits scheduled with them makes it better.
Now, how adorable is Michelle here? She was about 8 months along when we took these photos - and now she is just one short week away from her due date. Here's to hoping Little Man Braasch comes on-time next week :) I am already so excited to meet the little guy in August! Please do send prayers and well-wishes for Michelle and baby to have an easy and safe delivery soon!
I am so so very excited to write this blog post...and for those that follow me on social media probably already know...but my brother-in-law and sister-in-law are having TWINS!!! Which means I get to be an AUNTIE! YAY!!!! And even more exciting, they're having..TWO GIRLS! Sure, I might be biased, but I think girls are pretty cool ;) The two littlest Kain laides will be making their debut in just a few short weeks!
We took these photos back in November when Sarah was just 21 weeks...now she is approaching 34 weeks! And how adorable is their pup, Finley.
Since Matt + Sarah have a NCSU vs Clemson rivalry in their home, we couldn't resist incorporating a couple collegiate onesies! Again, I might be a bit biased, but I think the girls will look super cute in red :) Congratulations Matt + Sarah! I am so excited to be an aunt! We of course would love to have everyone's happy thoughts and prayers for Sarah to have a safe, healthy and easy delivery. Now I leave you with this gorgeous photo of Sarah below! Let the countdown begin for some serious baby snuggling time!*Sarah's amazing hair + make-up by Lindsey Regan Thorne
