A big thank you to Southern Bride Groom for featuring Jordan and RJ's spring wedding. Jordan and RJ both have a very distinct style and embody classic elegance - which showed throughout their wedding - from the attire, the table linens to the decor - all was simple, clean and stylish.
A few of my personal favorites from Jordan and RJ's wedding at The Sutherland may be seen below, and also the full feature of their wedding with a little commentary from the bride and groom can be seen on the Southern Bride and Groom's blog by clicking HERE.
Wow! This post is long overdue but I am excited to share images that were published in the July issue of Magnolia Rouge Magazine from this little labor of love between Hey Gorgeous Events and me. It's hard to believe that it has been over a year since we dreamed this up. With all the trends that come and go in the wedding industry we wanted to create something classic and elegant. We wanted everything from the florals, the bridal hair/make-up, the tables, etc to be timeless. While I'll be the first to admit there are so many wedding styles that I am in love with, we all certainly know one size does not fit all. I can only imagine how overwhelming planning a wedding may be to a bride, who at the end of the day, wants her special day to exude classic elegance. We ultimately wanted the different bridal looks and simple details throughout the images to provide inspiration to all kinds of brides. A look at the spreads that were published in Magnolia Rough Magazine below :)
And a little peek at Rhi workin' her magic the day of :)
A huge huge thank you and round of applause for our beautiful model! She was a rockstar!
And of course a huge thank you to all those who collaborated to make this happen!

Last fall I shot such a lovely wedding in Charleston, SC - one of my favorite cities to visit, even if only for a day or two. The history, the colors, the energy and of course the coast are all something to fall in love with. I had the pleasure of working the ladies of A Southern Protocol at the William Aiken House on this wedding and let me tell you, that team puts together one amazing event and doesn't miss a beat when it comes to the little details. I was so thrilled to have this wedding featured on The Wedding Row last month
Please do take a moment to see the Wedding Row feature HERE. Below are also a handful of my favorites from Lisa and Dave's wedding day!Congratulations Lisa and Dave and cheers to an amazing marriage! Thanks for allowing me to document your big day - and here's to hoping that I'll get to photograph another affair by the talented ladies of A Southern Protocol.
