Mallory is one of those people I clicked with immediately. We chatted a bit over email when she first got engaged - and when we met in person, it was like we had been friends for years! She sent me all sorts of wedding updates during her planning process - and as my friends and previous brides know, I LOVE getting those emails full of excitement about finding THE dress - a sneak peek of her flowers - booking the best band ever....the list could go on.
It was such a joy to work with these two. They had a wonderfully romantic ceremony followed by one heck of a party at the Schiele Museum with a 10 piece band - yes, we got to see some serious dance moves :)

Megan and Jason had a sweet, intimate wedding in Benson, NC at the Preston Woodall House. I had so much being around Megan and her bridal party that morning - there were many smiles and lots of chocolates to snack on. The Preston Woodall House had such character, it was such a joy to photograph a wedding there.
Photographing Megan and Jason during their engagement session was so much fun that I just knew we were going to have a great time on their wedding day. What I love most about Megan and Jason is how much they laugh together. Their home will no doubt be filled with love and LOTS of laughter :)

Kelly + Clark | Charlotte, NC | Wedding

Kelly and Clark had a beautiful uptown Charlotte wedding. There was a lot I loved about their wedding. The little details Kelly focused on. The love and support that poured from their families and friends. The dancing...especially the fact that Clark knew how to Dougie (awesome, right?). But what I loved the most was that while Kelly and Clark were excited about being around those that have impacted their lives, it was evident that they were most focused on what truly mattered most that day.
They were focused on each other, the love between them and the commitment they were making. Their beginning together.
Now I know this may be a bit biased, but I sure do love a bride and groom who support the Wolfpack :) Stunning Bride.
How adorable is this flower girl? Yes, she was as sweet as she looks. I absolutely love photographing the groom right before the ceremony. It warms my heart seeing how excited they are for their big day.
Just a take a peek at the photos below...Kelly and Clark sure knew how to dance and have a great time with their guests.
